Delicious Three-Ingredient Yogurt Popsicles

Delicious three-ingredient yogurt popsicles!

 With just 3 ingredients your family will be cooling off with these yummy frozen, healthy treats! 


Ingredients

2 cups of your favorite fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, blackberries) 

2 Tablespoons sweetener of your choice (agave or honey work best)

2 cups flavored Greek yogurt (vanilla is our favorite but any flavor will work)


Directions 

 In a blender or food processor, pulse up your fruit until it is blended to the consistency you desire. Big fruit chunks, little fruit chunks or completely blended into a liquid. You'll want some juice from the fruit to mix with the yogurt to add the flavor in the popsicles. 

Pour the blended fruit into a bowl and stir in your sweetener. 

Fold in the yogurt until it is combined and sweeten more to taste, if needed. 

Divide the yogurt mixture into the popsicle mold.

Don't have popsicle molds? Use small dixie cups! Fill the cup 3/4 full and top each cup with foil. Punch a small hole and place the wooden popsicle stick through the hole to keep it in place. 

Freeze overnight or 6-8 hours

Remove from the freezer and run the molds under warm water for easy removal. Enjoy!
