It was a whirlwind week. I headed to Carlsbad and met with over 100 Macaroni Kid Publishers from all over the U.S. while my husband held down the fort at home. It was an amazing experience to step away from Mom life for a few days to learn the behind the scenes of how Macaroni Kid works. The dedication and passion to build stronger communities was so evident with each and every publisher I met. We are on a mission, to help empower families and connect them within their own communities. So many ideas came from my time away and I can not wait to get to work bringing those visions to life.
