Three Best Picnic Spots in Rancho Cucamonga

By Beth Neely June 15, 2020

My kids love the idea of going on a picnic, so we pack up what seems like half of our refrigerator a few times a year and head out to one of our favorite Rancho Cucamonga picnic spots.

We’re lucky, in Rancho Cucamonga, to have so many great picnic spots to choose from! Here’s my family’s list of top three picnic spots in Rancho Cucamonga:

1. Red Hill Community Park

7484 Vineyard Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, 91730

This park has it all! Baseball fields, soccer fields, two playgrounds, and walking trail. My kids and I love that there is a pond where you can see fish, ducks and turtles swimming.

2. Milliken Park

7699 Milliken Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, 91730

From basketball, baseball, volleyball, and a large play area for the kids, we love riding our bikes to this park and having a picnic lunch.

3. Victoria Arbors Park

7429 Arbor Ln., Rancho Cucamonga,  91730

We always have so much fun when we go to Victoria Arbors Park! Seating is in the shade, the playground area is well kept and the large grass area with walking trails make it fun to spend the whole afternoon there.

That’s my family’s list, but I bet your family has their own favorite Rancho Cucamonga picnic spots! I’d love to know where they are. Email me at bethneely@macaronikid.com.

Have a great time on your picnic adventure, and remember...don't forget the napkins!
