Serve corn on the cob to a crowd with this easy recipe.

- 8-10 ears of shucked and cleaned corn with ends cut - frozen is ok too!
- Water
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
For seasoning the corn after cooking:
- Just butter and salt
- Lemon/Lime juice, butter, and chile powder
- Butter, parmesan, and garlic
- Fresh parsley, any other finely chopped herbs you enjoy (dill, scallions, etc.)
Instant Pot Directions:
- Place corn in on the trivet with the 1 1/2 cup water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on MANUAL for 2 minutes, add one extra minute if unshucked), or until corn is bright yellow and tender.
- When finished, quick release until pin drops down.
- Remove corn and drizzle with toppings of your choice.
Air Fryer Directions:
- Place shucked corn on a piece of foil.
- Add salt, pepper, butter, and seasonings over the corn cob and wrap up tightly
- Cook on 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Remove corn and serve.
Slow Cooker Directions:
- Place corn in slow cooker with the 1/4 cup water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until corn is bright yellow and tender.
- Remove corn and drizzle with toppings of your choice.
