Halloween Festivities for The Whole Family!

Orange Empire Railway Pumpkin Train 10/25 & 10/26 from 10:00AM to 4:00PM.  Take a ride on the trolley to the pumpkin patch where you can pick out a pumpkin and decorate it.  In addition to the trolley ride and Pumpkin Train, there will be a bounce house, children's games, a balloon entertainer, bubble wands, Spooky Caboose and child-size train rides. Wear a costume and take part in the costume contest at 12:30pm.  www.oerm.org

Chick-fil-A Rancho Cucamonga 
Family Fall Festival
- October 28. 5:30PM to 7:30PM.  Train rides, face painter & fun games at this years Fall Festival!  Wear your favorite costume for the costume contest and you might win a prize!

La Verne Heritage Foundation Pumpkin Patch
 – Open October 4-30. Weekends from 10:00AM to 7:00PM and weekdays from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. Includes tractor-pulled wagon rides, a petting farm, pumpkins of every size and great photo opportunities. Heritage Park - 5001 Via De Mansion in La Verne.

 

Cucamonga Christian Fellowship Family Fall Festival – October 31. 6:00pm to 9:00PM. 

FREE event with inflatables, pony rides, petting zoo, carnival games, craft fair and ridiculous amounts of free candy!  CCF is located at 11376 5th Street, Rancho Cucamonga, 91730.  www.ccflive.org

 

Cal Poly Pomona Pumpkin Patch – through October 31. 10:00am to 5:00PM. 

Admission and Parking: FREE (handicap parking with golf cart transport is available in lot "B")
Pumpkins from the patch: $5 each

La Verne Library Zombie Island Haunt - October 25, 2:00PM to 5:00pm; October 29, 4:00PM to 7:00PM; October 30, 4:00PM to 7:00PM.  Halloween time is Library time and we have a haunted house!  Join us forour 10th haunt, Zombie Island. Where are the vacationers at a remoteholiday resort? Did a wild animal chase them away? Did the guests get sick and go to the hospital? Did a pink poodle get loose and everyonefled in terror?  You can walk through with lights on or off, and chose between not scary, scary, and really scary. Everyone can chose a scare level that's right for them. Treats and door prizes while supplies last. All Ages


Glendora Pumpkin Festival – October 18. 10:00AM to 4:00PM. 
Hosted by the Glendora Preservation Foundation and co-sponsored by the Glendora Community Services Department, the Glendora Pumpkin Festival will allow visitors a glimpse of Glendora life more than 100 years ago with some old fashion fun, including spinning and weaving, old antique farm engines, corn grinding, antique photographers and hay bale jumping. Admission is $3 per person. Children 4 and under are FREE. Centennial Heritage Park: 723-725 E. Mauna Loa (Adjacent to South Hills Park). Free shuttle service at City Hall.

 

Kidspace Children's Museum Halloween Hunt 10/26 @ 11:30 am, 1:00 pm, & 2:00 pm - Trick-or-Treat at Kidspace! Costumed characters throughout the Gardens will be waiting to hand out treats to your little ghosts and goblins! Enjoy Halloween themed activities, such as face painting, mask making, autumn leaf crowns, and the weird science of plasma balls. The gardens will be closed for the hunt until 3pm. Hunt fee is $4 per child in addition to regular museum admission. Space is limited! Register HERE!

Boo at the Zoo (LA Zoo) – October 25, and 26. 10:00AM to 4:00PM. This year’s spooky and safe family festivities include jack-o-lantern carving demonstrations, fun photo opportunities, and eerie crafts.

Check out the Creepy Creature Encounter at the Winnick Family Children’s Zoo—then take in a live Halloween show in the Adventure Theater. Learn sweet and scary animal facts while watching some of our resident creatures enjoy enrichment surprises.  And, of course, trick-or-treat for candy as you roam the Zoo. Free with paid zoo admission.

 

Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch – Daily from September 20 to October 31. 10:00AM to 5:00PM (weekdays) and 6:00PM (weekends). This year’s Pumpkin Patch activities include: Train rides, hay rides, panning for gold, a child-friendly haunted house, a hay maze, a moon bounce, carnival games, cookie decorating, John Deere tractor racers, face painting, picture stands, great food, and a lot more!

Admission into the Pumpkin Patch is free. Prices for all other activities vary; please visit www.IrvineParkRailroad.com for additional information and costs.

 

Tanaka Farms U-Pick Pumpkin Patch (Irvine)– Daily from September 27 to October 31. 9:00AM to 6:00PM (gates close at 5:30PM). No reservations are needed, and admission is only $2 per person. Cost of other activities varies. FREE Wagon rides Opening Weekend.  September 27 and 28.  That's a $5 value per person!  Come early in the season to find the best pumpkins. Enjoy wagon rides, a corn maze, petting zoo, and u-pick vegetables and pumpkins.
