Make Corn on the Cob in the Instant Pot, Air Fryer or Slow Cooker

Serve corn on the cob to a crowd with this easy recipe.

Ingredients: 
  • 8-10 ears of shucked and cleaned corn with ends cut - frozen is ok too! 
  • Water
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste 
For seasoning the corn after cooking:
  • Just butter and salt
  • Lemon/Lime juice, butter, and chile powder
  • Butter, parmesan, and garlic
  • Fresh parsley, any other finely chopped herbs you enjoy (dill, scallions, etc.)
Instant Pot Directions: 
  1. Place corn in on the trivet with the 1 1/2 cup water. Season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Cook on MANUAL for 2 minutes, add one extra minute if unshucked), or until corn is bright yellow and tender. 
  3. When finished, quick release until pin drops down.
  4. Remove corn and drizzle with toppings of your choice.
Air Fryer  Directions: 
  1. Place shucked corn on a piece of foil. 
  2. Add salt, pepper, butter, and seasonings over the corn cob and wrap up tightly
  3. Cook on 350 degrees for 8 minutes.  
  4. Remove corn and serve.
Slow Cooker Directions: 
  1. Place corn in slow cooker with the 1/4 cup water. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until corn is bright yellow and tender. 
  3. Remove corn and drizzle with toppings of your choice.
Serve and enjoy!
